How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours after we receive and inspect your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing times. Credit card refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days.

What items cannot be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on: personal care items, underwear, swimwear (unless tags are intact), downloadable software, digital products, and gift cards. Custom-made or personalized items also cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Do I need the original packaging?

While we prefer items to be returned in their original packaging, it’s not mandatory. Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. All original accessories, manuals, and tags should be included. Items missing major components may be subject to a restocking fee.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes! You can request an exchange instead of a refund. Simply select the “Exchange” option when initiating your return. We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as your return is processed. Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item in your preferred size/color.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
